Design and Simulation Analysis of Active Power Filter Drive Protection Circuit
In this paper,according to the application environment and operation characteristics of active power filter,the IGBT drive protection circuit is designed,and the protection effect is verified by simulation.Overvoltage protection is achieved by RCD absorption circuit,overcurrent detection and soft off method,and overheat protection is achieved by heat sink and temperature control switch.According to the design scheme,using Multisim 14.0 simulation software,the normal operation simulation and instantaneous overcurrent fault simulation of the drive circuit are respectively carried out.The results show that under normal conditions,the simulated value of the output drive signal is very close to the theoretical value.When the transient overcurrent fault occurs,the protection action is triggered after a delay of 1 μs.After the fault is removed,the voltage slowly returns to the normal voltage to achieve the purpose of drive protection.
