本研究建立溶液吸收-高效液相色谱法测定环境空气中16种醛酮类化合物的方法.色谱柱为SymetryShield RP18(4.6 mm×250 mm×5.0 µm),流动相为乙腈-水二元梯度洗脱,采用紫外检测器.实验结果表明,16种醛酮类化合物在0~4.0 mg/L浓度范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均≥0.999,方法检出限为0.001~0.002 mg/m3,相对标准偏差RSD为1.8%~6.4%,加标回收率范围为83%-102%,并用该方法测定实际环境空气样品,均满足方法要求.结果确认本实验室具备开展测定环境空气中16种醛酮类化合物的能力.
Determination of 16 Aldehydes and Ketones in Ambient Air by Solution Absorption-High Performance Liquid Chromatography
A method for the determination of 16 aldehydes and ketones in ambient air by solution absorption-high performance liquid chromatography was developed.The chromatography was performed on SymetryShield RP18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm×5.0 μm)with acetonitrile-water binary gradient elution as mobile phase and UV detector.The results showed that 16 aldehydes and ketones had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0~4.0 mg/L,the correlation coefficients were ≥0.999,the detection limit was 0.001~0.002 mg/m3,and the relative standard deviation RSD of precision was 1.8%~6.4%.The recovery rate of blank sample was 83%to 102%,and the actual ambient air samples were measured by this method,which met the requirements of the method.The results confirm that the laboratory has the ability to determine 16 kinds of aldehydes and ketones in the ambient air.
