Construction Method and Topological Structure of Motifs Hypernetworks
Complex networks is a comprehensive discipline aimed at understanding complex systems in the real world and abstracting them into models. With the development of society and the advent of the big data era, traditional methods for constructing complex networks can no longer meet the needs of characterizing and studying real complex systems. The multidimensional and multifaceted nature of hypernetworks can effectively characterize more complex systems in the real world.Motifs, which are frequently occurring substructures in complex networks, are widely present in biological networks, ecological networks, and social engineering net-works,and form the fundamental modules of complex networks. This paper focuses on the study of hypemet-works constructed based on third-order motifs.Firstly,a review of the fundamental theory of hypergraphs is provided, followed by the presentation of a method for constructing motif-based hypernetworks, and finally,an analysis of the characteristics of the constructed hypernetworks is conducted.
