光明水厂净水处理综合体基坑支护施工技术研究

为提高光明水厂净水处理综合体基坑支护的稳定性,将累计沉降变化值控制在最小范围内,开展对基坑支护施工技术的研究.采用土方分层分段的方法进行基坑土方开挖施工,选择钢筋混凝土灌注桩、高压旋喷桩以及搅拌桩相互咬合构成的支护结构,准备好适用于基坑支护的泥浆.最后,进行护筒的安装,在施工过程中进行旋挖成孔灌注桩操作,并完成清孔工作.实例应用证明,应用新的支护施工技术可以将累计沉降变化值控制在-5 mm~+5 mm范围内,充分满足该工程项目的支护施工要求,可有效提高光明水厂净水处理综合体基坑的稳定性.
Research on the Construction Technology of Foundation Pit Support for Water Purification Treatment Complex of Guangming Water Plant
In order to improve the stability of the foundation pit support of the Guangming Water Treat-ment Complex,the cumulative settlement change value will be controlled within the minimum range,and re-search on the construction technology of foundation pit support will be carried out.The excavation of founda-tion pit earthwork is carried out using the method of layered and segmented earthwork.A support structure consisting of reinforced concrete pouring piles,high-pressure rotary spraying piles,and mixing piles is select-ed,and mud suitable for foundation pit support is prepared.Finally,the installation of the casing will be carried out,and during the construction process,the rotary excavation into a hole for pouring piles will be carried out,and the hole cleaning work will be completed.The practical application proves that the applica-tion of new support construction technology can control the cumulative settlement variation within the range of-5mm~+5mm,fully meeting the support construction requirements of the project,and effectively improving the stability of the foundation pit of the Guangming Water Treatment Complex.
