全预制装配式连续梁桥一体化架设关键技术研究

本文以某高速铁路建设工程为背景,设计了一种全新的全预制装配式连续梁桥一体化架设施工方案.施工内容包括装配式桥面系、节段拼装梁、装配式桥墩、预制管桩等各个方面.应用新的施工方案可以有效解决一体化假设施工中工期长、架桥机功效不匹配等问题,实现与该工程相似类型桥梁的快速施工.同时,通过对装配式桥墩应用情况分析得出,该关键技术的应用可以大大缩短施工周期,促进施工质量提升,产生良好的经济效益,同时也在极大程度上促进铁路建设的科技创新力度提升.
Research on Key Technologies for Integrated Installation of Fully Prefabricated Continuous Beam Bridges
This article takes a high-speed railway construction project as the background and designs a new integrated construction plan for the fully prefabricated continuous beam bridge.The construction content includes various aspects such as prefabricated bridge deck systems,segmental assembled beams,prefabricated bridge piers,and prefabricated pipe piles.The application of new construction plans can effectively solve problems such as long construction periods and mismatched effectiveness of bridge erection machines in integrated construction,achieving rapid construction of similar types of bridges to this project.Meanwhile,through the analysis of the application of prefabricated bridge piers,it can be concluded that the application of this key technology can greatly shorten the construction period,promote the improvement of construction quality,and also greatly promote the technological innovation of the construction of the Tianjin Chengdu Railway.
