盾构隧道下穿护城河桥沉降控制研究

在城市轨道交通建设过程中,盾构隧道下穿城市河流及过河桥梁,具有水文地质条件差、环境风险高、沉降控制严格等特点,是穿越工程中重点研究的对象.本文以某城市新建工程为背景,通过数值计算与现场监测相互验证的方法,对盾构隧道下穿城市桥梁的沉降控制进行了研究.通过研究穿越前的地面注浆加固,穿越过程中的掘进参数控制,穿越后的管片壁后注浆一系列沉降控制技术,并与桥梁的沉降监测数据相互验证,保证了下穿的施工安全和既有桥梁的运营安全.此研究成果可为类似下穿工程提供借鉴.
Research on Settlement Control of Shield Tunnel Undercrossing the Moat Bridge
In the process of urban rail transit construction,shield tunneling through urban rivers and bridges has the characteristics of poor hydrogeological conditions,high environmental risks,and strict settlement control.It is a key research object in crossing engineering.This article takes a new construction project in a certain city as the background,and conducts research on the settlement control of a shield tunnel crossing a city bridge through mutual verification of numerical calculation and on-site monitoring.By studying the ground grouting reinforcement before crossing,controlling the excavation parameters during the crossing process,and grouting a series of settlement control technologies after crossing the pipe wall,and verifying with the settlement monitoring data of the bridge,the construction safety of the underpass and the operational safety of the existing bridge are ensured.This research achievement can provide reference for similar underpass projects.
