以北京市东水西调工程中的杏石口泵站为例,泵站人工巡检存在巡检场景多、项目多、工作量大、存在安全隐患等问题,导致人工巡检效率低、工作质量难以得到保证,影响泵站安全稳定的运行.为有效提高巡检效率,保证巡检安全性、可靠性,从根本上实现泵站智能化的建设目标,在泵站巡检中使用行走式智能巡检机器人进行辅助巡检是非常有必要的.泵站行走式智能巡检机器人具有巡检、机器视觉识别、传感器数据采集、数据统计等功能,在泵站巡检中具有其自身独特的优势.本文以杏石口泵站为例,探究了行走式智能巡检机器人的系统设计、主要功能和具体应用,通过实际应用分析,行走式智能巡检机器人能够提升泵站巡检的效率、保证人员巡检的安全,值得进行推广应用.
Research and Application of Intelligent Walking Inspection Robot in Pump Station——A Case Study of Beijing's East to West Water Transfer Project
Taking Xingshikou Pump Station in Beijing's East to West Water transfer project as an exam-ple,the artificial inspection of the pump station has many inspection scenes,many items,heavy workload,se-curity risks and other problems,leading to low efficiency of manual inspection,difficult to ensure the quality of work,affecting the safe and stable operation of the pump station.In order to effectively improve the effi-ciency of inspection,ensure the safety and reliability of inspection,and fundamentally realize the construction goal of intelligent pump station,it is very necessary to use walking intelligent inspection robot for auxiliary inspection in the inspection of pump station.With the functions of inspection,machine vision recognition,sensor data acquisition,data statistics and so on,the walking intelligent inspection robot has its own unique advantages in the inspection of pump station.Taking Xingshikou Pump Station as an example,this paper ex-plores the system design,main functions and specific applications of the walking intelligent inspection robot.Through practical application analysis,the walking intelligent inspection robot can improve the efficiency of pump station inspection and ensure the safety of personnel inspection,which is worthy of popularization and application.
