Research on Unsafe Behaviors in Chemical Laboratories of Universities Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process
In order to prevent safety accidents in chemical laboratories in colleges and universities,a hierarchical analysis is used to assess and analyze the risk of factors influencing unsafe behaviors in chemical laboratories in colleges and universities. The assessment process mainly analyzes the influence on laboratory unsafe behaviors from three aspects:organization, individual and environment.According to the principles of objectivity, generality and applicability,a model of influencing factors of unsafe behaviors in college laboratories is established. The influence of each factor on laboratory unsafe behavior is assessed by calculating the weight values of the lower indicators of the influencing factors of the three aspects. The results show that the weight value of 0.471 3 for the aspect of experimental habits is the highest, which is the main factor affecting experimental unsafe behaviors, while the factors of safety facilities, laboratory safety inspection, safety knowledge, and safety awareness are more important. The assessment results based on the hierarchical analysis method can suggest a reference for the improvement of unsafe behaviors in college laboratories.
