基于PSO算法的塑料挤出机温度控制技术研究

塑料作为工业生产的一种重要原料,在工业生产中发挥了重要的作用.在塑料的生产过程中,对于生产温度有着较高的要求,生产温度直接关系到产出塑料的质量,因此必须的塑料挤出机的温度控制策略进行深入研究.本文基于迁徙策略提出了一种改进型的自适应粒子群算法,采用并行的双自由度PID取代常规的PID,并对并行的双自由度PID的控制器参数进行了优化处理.通过仿真测试,整个控制系统的性能指标和鲁棒性都有了显著的提高,本文提出的策略有效,可以进行推广应用.
Research on Plastic Extruder Temperature Control Technology Based on PSO Algorithm
Plastic as an important raw material for industrial production,plays an important role in industrial production.In the production process of plastics,the production temperature has high requirements,the production temperature is directly related to the quality of the output plastic,so it is necessary to carry out an in-depth study of the temperature control strategy of the plastic extruder.In this paper,an improved adaptive particle swarm algorithm is proposed based on the migration strategy,and a parallel double-degree-of-freedom PID is used to replace the conventional PID,and the controller parameters of the parallel double-degree-of-freedom PID are optimized.Through the simulation test,the performance index and robustness of the whole control system are significantly improved,and the strategy proposed in this paper is effective and can be popularized and applied.
