针对硫磺等片状物料的打包自动化不足、污染严重等问题,设计并研制出一种集供袋、开袋、送料、称重、除尘、封袋功能为一体的多工位回转式自动打包系统.系统主要利用了 PLC控制技术、传感器技术、电机驱动技术,设计出6个绕回转式单轴旋转的袋架及其对应工位,并在供袋单元、开袋单元、送料单元、封装单元的共同作用下,实现了全自动开袋、打包、称重、封口一体化作业,有效解决了打包工序繁复、效率低下、粉尘污染严重、打包效率低下、包装精度差异大等问题.
Design of an Automatic Sheet Material Packaging System Based on PLC Control
In view of the problems of insufficient automation and serious pollution of sulfur and other flake materials,a multi-station rotary automatic packaging system integrating bag supply,bag opening,feeding,weighing,dust removal and bag sealing functions was designed and developed.The system mainly uses PLC control technology,sensor technology and motor drive technology to design six bag racks and their corre-sponding stations that rotate around the rotary single-shaft,and under the joint action of the bag supply unit,bag opening unit,feeding unit and packaging unit,it realizes the integrated operation of automatic bag open-ing,packaging,weighing and sealing,which effectively solves the problems of complicated packaging process,low efficiency,serious dust pollution,low packaging efficiency and large difference in packaging accuracy.
