Finite Element Analysis and Modal Analysis of Hemisphere Shed Mesh Frame for Large-Span Stockpile Shed Mesh Frame
In order to ensure the safety of the large-span stacker shed mesh frame structure and to avoid its resonance with external excitation,it is necessary to carry out finite element analysis and investigate its vibration characteristics by modal analysis.In this paper,the classical command flow operation of APDL is used,and the geometrical model of the large-span stacking shed net frame is established by using the method of csys,2 spherical coordinates,and the finite element analysis is carried out by applying the load to the net frame structure to get the cloud diagram of the stresses of the large-span stacking shed net frame,and the output of the data of the beam unit's support and reaction force and the length and slenderness ratio,etc,to get the specific results;and the modal analysis is carried out,and the first-ninth-order intrinsic frequency and vibration characteristics of the structure are obtained.The first nine orders of intrinsic frequency and intrinsic vibration pattern.The safety of the mesh frame structure is evaluated by finite element analysis and modal analysis,and the analysis results show that the structure meets the requirements of China's specifications,its design is reasonable,the structure is stable and reliable,and it can provide a reference basis for the further structural optimization of the same kind of mesh frame.
