Construction of Evaluation Index System and Evaluation Method of Power Communication Network Operation Quality
As an important part of the power system,the power communication network supports the stable operation of the power system,and is a communication network dedicated to serving the power system.Based on the operation process of the electric power communication network,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the operation quality of the electric power communication network from four aspects:line,equipment,operation and maintenance,and service,and constructs an evaluation index system and evaluates it to provide a reference for the operation and maintenance of the electric power communication network.
