本次设计主要介绍了基于STM32F103C8T6芯片的变频柜测控系统的基本原理和实现方式.该测控系统主要为解决目前部分变频柜的功能简陋和安全性不足而设计.该系统创新地采用小型UPS电源作为供电系统,通过检测变频柜内温度与电流的数据以及烟雾与湿水的状态然后对变频柜的总供电系统进行控制,从而减少意外事故的发生.通过自动化操作直接提升变频柜的安全性和智能化.
Inverter Cabinet Measurement and Control System Based on STM32
This design mainly introduces the basic principle and implementation method of a frequency conversion cabinet measurement and control system based on the STM32F103C8T6 chip.The measurement and control system is mainly designed to address the current functional simplicity and insufficient safety of some frequency conversion cabinets.This system innovatively uses a small UPS power supply as the power supply system,which controls the overall power supply system of the frequency conversion cabinet by detecting tem-perature and current data inside the cabinet,as well as the status of smoke and wet water,thereby reducing the occurrence of accidents.Directly improve the safety and intelligence of frequency conversion cabinets through automated operations.
