摘要

隔离开关触头过热是一种非常普遍的故障现象.隔离开关的运行稳定性和安全性直接受触头元件质量问题的影响.本文主要探讨了触头元件材料、镀层以及硬度的检测原理和方法,并对改进型和普通型弹簧片的材料、镀层、厚度和硬度进行了实际检测.经过检测,发现改进型触指镀银层的硬度和厚度均高于国家电网相关技术标准要求.而普通触指镀层材料的厚度、硬度则未达到要求,需要进行技术改进.与普通弹簧片相比,改进型隔离开关记忆合金弹簧片具有更大的弹性和优异的耐腐蚀性能.

Abstract

The problem of contact overheat of disconnector is very common in the problem of disconnector.The quality of the contact element is directly related to the operation quality of the disconnector.In this paper,the principles and methods of contact touch material,coating and hardness are briefly described.The materials and coatings of the improved and ordinary spring sheets are collected,and the materials,coatings,thickness and hardness of the improved and ordinary type contact touch are tested.Tests showed The improved contact silver plating layer thickness and hardness are higher than the technical standards of the State Grid,the com-mon contact materials,coating thickness,hardness does not meet the requirements,should be improved,im-proved isolation switch memory alloy spring compared with ordinary spring,with more elasticity and excellent corrosion resistance.
