摘要

本文以新柏煤矿三采区35204工作面探水巷为研究对象,为保证煤矿开采时煤矿巷道的稳定性,结合工作面现场及地质力学情况,通过理论计算对工作面探水巷支护参数进行计算并进行工作面现场支护,监测结果表明:顶底板和两帮移近量主要发生4-5两月,其中两帮移近量为500 mm,同时顶板离层集中在7-10月,离层量为60 mm左右,因此须时刻监测两帮移近量、底板底鼓量及顶板下沉量,采取补打锚杆或锚索的措施进行加固,同时对顶板下沉区域打设抬棚补强支护.经现场验证,总体支护效果满足煤矿生产需求.

Abstract

This paper takes the 1 exploration lane of 35204 working face in three mining area of Xinbai Coal Mine,In order to ensure the stability of the coal mine roadway during coal mining,Combined with the working face site and the geomechanics conditions,Calculate the support parameters of the water exploration roadway of the working face and provide the field support of the working face,The monitoring results show that the top floor and two gang moves mainly occurred from 4 to 5 two months,Two shifts are 500 mm,At the same time,the roof layer is concentrated in July to October,The interlayer amount is about 60 mm,Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the two close,the bottom drum and the top subsidence,Take the measures of reinforcing the anchor rod or anchor cable for reinforcement,At the same time,the roof sinking area set up strong support,Upon field verification,The overall support effect meets the demand of coal mine production.
