Preventive maintenance of equipment can effectively reduce the frequency and duration of equipment failures,and the key lies in determining a reasonable interval for preventive maintenance of equipment.This article establishes a maintenance interval calculation model based on the lowest cost,uses Weibull distribution model to calculate the characteristic parameters of equipment component failure rate curve,and achieves the calculation and optimization of preventive maintenance intervals for communication navigation surveillance equipment of Air Traffic Management.Perform case calculations based on the actual operation of equipment components to obtain maintenance intervals for equipment components.
