安塞油田招安区块低温浅水层固井技术研究

安塞油田招安区块受多年长期注水开发影响,200-600 m浅水层水层活跃,地层温度较低,且存在洛河、直罗等承压能力较低的地层,常规密度无法满足一次上返施工条件,低密度体系抗上部地层水侵能力差,强度发育缓慢,水泥浆侯凝过程受地层水影响,导致浅水层固井质量波动.2022安塞油田招安区块施工46 口,出图32 口,浅水层固井不合格井7 口,合格井占比仅为78.1%,为提高安塞油田招安区块低温浅水层固井质量,需对低密度水泥浆进行室内研究与现场试验,满足生产需求.
Research on Cementing Technology of Low-temperature Shallow Water Layer in Zhaoyan Block of Ansai Oilfield
Ansai Oilfield Zhaan Block is affected by long-term water injection development for many years,200-600 m shallow water layer water layer is active,the formation temperature is low,and there are Luohe,Zhiluo and other formations with low pressure bearing capacity,the conventional density can not meet the conditions of one-time construction,the low-density system has poor resistance to water intrusion of the upper strata,the strength of the development of the slow,the cement paste is subject to the influence of the formation water,resulting in the fluctuation of the quality of the cementing of the shallow water layer.In 2022,46 wells were constructed in Zhaan block of Ansai Oilfield,32 wells were mapped out,and 7 wells failed to be qualified for shallow water formation cementing,and the proportion of qualified wells is only 78.1%.In order to improve the quality of low temperature shallow water formation cementing in Zhaan block of Ansai Oilfield,it is necessary to carry out indoor research and on-site test of low-density cement slurry to meet the production demand.
