变截面超高层液压爬升建筑保护屏施工技术研究与应用

超高层液压爬升建筑保护屏施工技术被广泛应用超高层的施工过程中.本文以某商务区地块1#塔楼超高层项目为例,对液压爬升建筑保护屏施工技术从平面设计、立面设计、变截面设计、防坠及防倾覆设计、卸料平台设计进行优化.改进了液压爬升建筑保护屏施工技术,重点提出对穿楼板和边梁预埋两种形式的伸缩挂座,克服了变截面较多的超高层建筑保护屏施工难题.
Research and Application of Construction Technology for Protection Screens in High-rise Hydraulic Climbing Buildings with Variable Cross-sections
The construction technology of protection screens in high-rise hydraulic climbing buildings has been widely applied in the construction process of high-rise buildings.Taking the 1# tower project in a commercial district as an example,this paper provides a detailed description of the construction technology of protection screens in hydraulic climbing buildings,including important steps such as plan design,facade design,variable cross-section design,anti-falling and anti-toppling design,and unloading platform design.The project optimizes and improves the construction technology of hydraulic climbing building protection screens by proposing two forms of retractable hanging brackets for through-floor slabs and edge beams,overcoming the challenges of variable cross-sections in high-rise building protection screen construction.This accelerates the construction progress and saves construction costs.
