火电厂汽轮机组汽动润滑油泵的设计与应用

目前火电厂汽轮机组投入使用的主轴驱动油泵和电动主油泵系统都不能在紧急情况下实现供油.为了让机组在全厂失电的情况中安全停机,本文通过利用来自锅炉过热器、再热器、旁路等管道中的余热蒸汽,驱动小汽轮机为润滑油系统供能,研究了锅炉停炉余汽汽源的动态特性,计算了汽动油泵的运行时长,最终设计的汽动油泵可以在突发情况迅速启动,保证系统紧急停机过程中各部分油压、油温稳定.
Design and Application of Steam Driven Lubricating Oil Pump for Steam Turbine Units in Thermal Power Plants
At present,the spindle driven oil pump and electric main oil pump systems used in steam turbine units of thermal power plants cannot achieve oil supply in emergency situations.In order to ensure the safe shutdown of the unit in the event of a power outage in the entire plant,this article utilizes waste heat steam from the boiler superheater,reheater,bypass,and other pipelines to drive a small turbine to sup-ply energy to the lubricating oil system.The dynamic characteristics of the boiler shutdown residual steam source were studied,and the operating time of the steam driven oil pump was calculated.The final designed steam driven oil pump can be quickly started in case of emergencies,Ensure the stability of oil pressure and temperature in all parts of the system during emergency shutdown.
