The pay-off pulley is an important tool used for tension stringing of overhead transmission lines.The appearance and bearing capacity of the pulley are related to the safety and quality of the conduc-tor wire laying process.This article proposes a new paying-off pulley loading and unloading system based on the actual on-site operation and the structure of the paying-off pulley.It helps to ensure the safety of the paying-off pulley during outdoor loading and unloading,thereby ensuring the safety of tension stringing con-struction and preventing wire damage,and improving the level of safety and quality control in stringing con-struction.
