敞开式阳极焙烧炉火道结构参数与操作参数优化研究

本文以敞开式阳极焙烧炉为例,探究了火道结构和操作参数优化对阳极炭块温差的影响.以原始结构作为工况1,设计了 4种优化方案,分别对应工况2~5,探究5种工况下阳极炭块的温差.结果表明,在工况5的情况下阳极炭块的温差最低.随后以工况5为例,探究了助燃空气温度、流量,以及两个喷嘴的燃料流量比例对阳极炭块温差的影响.研究表明,适当提高助燃空气温度和降低助燃空气流量,对提高阳极炭块温度场的均匀分布有积极帮助;当两个喷嘴的燃料流量比例为60%:40%时,阳极炭块的温差最低,此时焙烧炉的热效率最高.
Optimization of Structural Parameters and Operating Parameters of Open Anode Roasting Furnace
In this paper,the influence of the structure of fire passage and the optimization of operating parameters on the temperature difference of anode carbon block was investigated by taking open anode baking furnace as an example.Taking the original structure as working condition 1,four optimization schemes were designed,corresponding to working condition 2~5,respectively,to explore the temperature difference of an-ode carbon block under 5 working conditions.The results show that the temperature difference of anode car-bon block is the lowest under condition 5.Then,taking condition 5 as an example,the effects of air temper-ature,flow rate and fuel flow ratio of two nozzles on the temperature difference of anode carbon block were investigated.The results show that increasing the temperature of the combustion air and decreasing the flow rate of the combustion air can improve the uniform distribution of the temperature field of the anode carbon block.When the fuel flow ratio of the two nozzles is 60%:40%,the temperature difference of the anode carbon block is the lowest,and the thermal efficiency of the baking furnace is the highest.
