为了确定在45钢表面熔覆Stellite6-8%WC粉末的最佳工艺参数,利用正交试验法选取激光功率、扫描速度和送粉速率三个工艺参数,进行三因素三水平正交试验.以熔覆层硬度和稀释率作为评价指标,进行极差分析,对激光熔覆Stellite6-8%WC工艺参数进行优化.结果表明:对熔覆层硬度的影响次序依次为激光功率>送粉速率>扫描速度,对稀释率的影响次序为激光功率>扫描速度>送粉速率.优化出的最佳工艺参数组合为激光功率1 600 W,扫描速度5 mm/s,送粉速率20 g/min,并利用最佳工艺参数组合制备出熔覆层,得到平均显微硬度为397HV0.2,约为45钢基体的1.6倍.
Optimization of Process Parameters of Laser Cladding Stellite6-8%WC Coating on 45 Steel
To determine the best process parameters for coating Stellite6-8%WC powder on the surface of 45 steel,laser power,scanning speed,and powder feeding rate were selected by the orthogonal test method,and three factors and three levels of the orthogonal test were carried out.Using the hardness and dilution rate of the cladding layer as evaluation indexes,range analysis was carried out to optimize the process pa-rameters of laser cladding Stellite6-8%WC.The results show that the laser power had the greatest impact on the hardness of the cladding layer,followed by powder feeding rate and scanning speed.Similarly,the dilu-tion rate of the cladding layer was most influenced by laser power,scanning speed,and powder feeding rate.The optimal process parameters were laser power 1 600 W,scanning speed 5 mm/s,powder feed rate 20 g/min,and the cladding layer was prepared by using the optimal process parameters,and the average micro-hardness was 397HV0.2,about 1.6 times that of 45 steel substrate.
