高瓦斯隧道施工超前地质预报及爆破技术的应用

本文以某高瓦斯隧道工程为例,探究了超前地质预报技术和爆破技术的应用.在隧道施工超前地质预报中,使用TRT6000型超前预报系统,在隧道内布置震源和检波器,在震源点发射地震波并利用传感器收集反射的地震波,经过RV3D软件分析后,认为左洞掌子面K119+356~396段和右洞掌子面的K119+294~334段,岩体较为破碎,赋存裂隙水,要进行超前支护,爆破时按照短开挖、弱爆破作业方法减轻对松散围岩的破坏.在爆破作业时,除了计算炮眼数目、装药量等参数外,创新性的使用了"水泡泥+固体阻燃材料"炮孔封堵方式,保证了爆破作业安全.
Application of Geological Prediction and Blasting Technology in Construction of High Gas Tunnel
This paper takes a high gas tunnel project as an example to explore the application of advanced geological prediction technology and blasting technology.In the advance geological prediction of tunnel construction,TRT6000 advance prediction system is used to place seismic source and detector in the tunnel,and the seismic wave is emitted at the focal point and the reflected seismic wave is collected by sensor.After analysis by RV3D software,it is found that the left hole face K1 19+356-396 and the right hole face K119+294-334,The rock mass is relatively broken and there is fissure water,so advance support should be carried out,and the damage to loose surrounding rock should be reduced according to short excavation and weak blasting.In the blasting operation,in addition to calculating the number of holes,charge amount and other parameters,the innovative use of"blister mud+solid flame retardant material"hole sealing method to ensure the safety of blasting operation.
