大坝防渗工程中塑性混凝土防渗墙的设计与施工

本文以大王滩水库为例,探究了塑性混凝土防渗墙的设计方案与施工流程.通过建立不透水地基上土石坝防渗墙的计算模型,计算出坝体渗流量与防渗墙下游浸润线高度,根据计算结果确定防渗墙的厚度、深度等参数.在塑性混凝土防渗墙施工期间,需要从导墙施工、槽段划分、泥浆制备、清槽换浆、混凝土浇筑等方面采取质量控制,保证塑性混凝土防渗墙的防渗效果达标.
Design and Construction of Plastic Concrete Impervious Wall in Dam Impervious Engineering
This paper takes Dawangtan Reservoir as an example to explore the design scheme and construction process of plastic concrete cutoff wall.The seepage flow of dam body and the height of the downstream seepage line of the dam are calculated by establishing the calculation model of the seepage wall on impervious foundation,and the parameters of the seepage wall thickness and depth are determined according to the calculation results.During the construction of plastic concrete cutoff wall,it is necessary to take quality control from the aspects of guide wall construction,groove division,mud preparation,groove cleaning and grouting,concrete placement,etc.,to ensure the anti-seepage effect of plastic concrete cutoff wall is up to standard.
