高层建筑多层地下室边区逆作法施工技术研究

为解决高层建筑多层带地下室施工中存在结构应力过低,造成建筑失稳的问题,以某工程项目为例,进行对其边区逆作法施工技术的研究.通过划分逆作边区及正作中区、多层地下室边区逆作法基坑支护、确定施工方案与施工效果分析,验证边区逆作法施工技术在高层建筑多层地下室施工中应用的可行性,同时也验证了该技术的应用可以有效促进结构应力的提升.
Research on Reverse Construction Technology for Multi Story Basement Border Area of High Rise Buildings
In order to solve the problem of structural stress being too low and causing building instability during the construction of multi story basement in high-rise buildings,this paper takes a certain engineering project as an example to study the reverse construction technology of its boundary area.By dividing the re-verse construction boundary area and the middle area of the normal construction,and analyzing the reverse construction foundation pit support in the multi story basement boundary area,determining the construction plan and construction effect,the feasibility of applying the reverse construction technology in the construction of high-rise buildings and multi story basements in the boundary area is verified.At the same time,it is al-so verified that the application of this technology can effectively promote the improvement of structural stress.
