In order to solve the problem of excessive internal formwork deflection affecting the overall safety and stability of the structure in the current construction of high-speed railway prefabricated box gird-ers,a study was conducted on the internal formwork of a certain high-speed railway construction project.A new design concept is proposed through the overall design of the internal mold for high-speed railway pre-fabricated box girders, the design and synchronization of the internal mold hydraulic system, and the selection of key hydraulic components.Through example verification, the reasonable application of the new design con-cept can effectively control the internal mold deflection, improve the overall safety and stability of the struc-ture.
