Power Battery Recycling Network Design Considering Uncertainty
The development of new energy vehicles is booming, and the number of power batteries is increasing day by day.Due to the limitation of their service life and the existence of certain recycling value, retired power batteries need to be recycled.Considering the uncertainties in the recycling quantity, recycling price and recycling quality of used power batteries,a mixed-integer planning model is established with the objectives of network cost minimization and carbon emission minimization, and a fuzzy chance-constrained planning model is used to deal with the uncertain variables. After obtaining the relevant data,it is verified with an arithmetic example and solved by an iterative local search algorithm to obtain the siting scheme of power battery recycling network facilities.
