基于激光跟踪仪的俯仰角度测量方法研究

针对现有俯仰角度测量技术抗干扰能力弱、适应场景单一的问题,提出了基于激光跟踪仪的俯仰角度两种测量方法.一是通过测量点拟合圆的圆心角计算俯仰角,二是通过测量点构成直线之间的夹角计算俯仰角.结果表明:方法2的测量效果优于方法1,其非线性误差为0.051%,迟滞误差为0.019%,重复性误差为0.027%,总误差为 0.061%.
Research on Pitch Angle Measurement Method Based on Laser Tracker
Aiming at the problems of weak anti-interference ability and single adaptive scene of the ex-isting pitch angle measurement technology,two measurement methods of pitch angle based on laser tracker are proposed.One is to calculate the pitch angle by the angle of the center of the circle fitted to the mea-surement points,and the other is to calculate the pitch angle by the angle between the straight lines formed by the measurement points.The results show that the measurement effect of method 2 is due to method 1,which has a nonlinearity error of 0.051%,a hysteresis error of 0.019%,a repeatability error of 0.027%,and a total error of 0.061%.
