Design and Application of iInclined Welding Roller Frame for Spherical Containers
In order to meet the rotational demand of spherical containers in the manuf-acturing process,based on the traditional welding roller frame,the design,constructi-on and on-site test of the retrofit pro-gramme were carried out,and the design parame-ters of the equipment were reasonably selected,so that the tilting welding roller frame applicable to spherical containers was finally designed,and at the same time,an outl-ook on the automatic adjustable welding scaffolding was made.Field test results show that the tilting welding roller frame rotating roller and spherical container surface co-ntact surface increases,can be rotated to the target position of the spherical container precision,for the manufacturing process of welding,non-de-structive testing and grinding and polishing and other important processes to provide a good operating angle,for large-scale spherical tank-shaped equipment,the design of the welding roller frame provides a reference.
