随着我国沿海经济蓬勃发展以及国内环保意识的提高,沿海城市处理后达标尾水深海排放的需求日益增加.本文以江苏省某达标尾水排海工程为例,详细介绍了关键技术的设计与施工方案,包括陆域调压泵站、管线路由比选、顶管工作井、顶管接收井、陆域顶管、海域管道敷设等内容.本工程已竣工投用,管道运营情况良好.该工程具有良好的经济及社会效益,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴.
Research on the Design and Construction of Key Technologies for Up-to-standard Tail Water Discharge-into-sea Project in Jangsu
With the vigorous development of China's coastal economy and the improvement of domestic environmental protection awareness,the demand for deep-sea discharge of tailwater after treatment in coastal cities is increasing.This paper takes the standard tailwater discharge project in Jangsu as an example,and introduces in detail the design and construction scheme of key technologies,including land pressure regulating pumping station,land pipe jacking,pipe jacking working well,pipeline line selection,pipe jacking receiving well,sea area pipeline laying,etc.The project has been completed and put into use on schedule,and the pipeline is in good operation.This case has good economic and social benefits,and can provide reference for other similar projects.
