Stress and Corrosion Monitor of Pressure Steel Pipes
The pressure steel pipe of the hydropower station is served in a corrosive and sedimentary en-vironment,and will suffer from severe sediment wear and medium corrosion.The structural health monitoring of the pressure steel pipe ball valve section can effectively avoid the occurrence of fatal structural safety haz-ards,state prediction and early warning,and extend the operating life of the equipment.For structural health monitoring,including material corrosion and structural load-bearing safety under load,it is necessary to moni-tor parameters that reflect structural changes such as strain and metal corrosion.
