导线热剥工艺质量一致性差、作业效率低,本文试验研究了激光剥线工艺方法.阐述了激光剥线原理,探索了 CO2激光剥线工艺,并针对聚四氟乙烯导线研究适宜的激光剥线参数,通过改进剥线器安装夹具,极大的提高剥线效率,质量稳定,是用于导线的最佳剥线方法.
Research and Application of Laser Stripping Process
The quality consistency of wire stripping process is poor and the operation efficiency is low.The laser stripping process is studied experimentally in this paper.This paper expounds the principle of CO2 laser stripping,and studies the appropriate parameters of laser stripping for Teflon wire.By improving the installation fixture of wire stripping,the stripping efficiency is greatly improves,the quality stable,and it is the best stripping method for wire.
