日本许多地下钢制盾构隧道已经超过设计的50年使用年限,多数NTT的通讯、电力管道已经出现了不同程度的腐蚀、漏水.文章以NTT的某条盾构隧道为例建立三维模型,研究了二次衬砌对该隧道的加固作用.结果表明:二次衬砌可以提供较大的承载力,隧道正常使用极限值可以提升约0.6倍,但是隧道破坏形式类似于梁超筋破坏,结构上需进一步优化.
A Numerical Analysis on the Adaptability of Reinforcement by Secondary Lining of Steel Segments
Many underground shield tunnels in Japan have exceeded the 50-year service life of the initial design,and the majority of the NTT steel shield tunnels have experienced varying degrees of corrosion and water leakage.This paper takes a shield tunnel of NTT as an example.Three-dimensional models were estab-lished to study the reinforcement effect of secondary lining on the tunnel.The results show that the secondary lining can provide a large bearing capacity,which can increase the bearing capacity limit value by 0.6 times.
