50 m移动模架整体提升、横移换幅施工技术

50 m移动模架结构具有一定复杂性,需在较短的工期内完成反复拆除与重装.采用合理的吊装方式以及横移换幅技术,可在一定程度上提升移动模架组装效率,不仅可缩短工期,而且还可降低移动模架组装过程中的复杂性.基于此,研究以50 m移动模架整体提升、横移换幅施工为例,对横移换幅施工技术进行分析,以期为类似工程建设提供参考.
Construction Technology for Overall Lifting and Lateral Displacement of 50 m Mobile Formwork
The 50 m mobile formwork structure has certain complexity and requires repeated dismantling and reinstallation within a relatively short construction period.By adopting reasonable lifting methods and lat-eral displacement and amplitude changing techniques,the efficiency of mobile formwork assembly can be im-proved to a certain extent.This not only shortens the construction period,but also reduces the complexity of the mobile formwork assembly process.Based on this,this study takes the overall lifting and horizontal dis-placement and replacement construction of a 50 m mobile formwork as an example to analyze the horizontal displacement and replacement construction technology,in order to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
