Research on Deep Soft Ground Road Embankment and Old Railway Joint Construction Technology with Mouth-to-Mouth Pile Technology of Cement Mixing Pile
In railway construction,if the new railway line overlaps with the existing line,it can be con-sidered to preserve the original roadbed and fill a new roadbed on the basis of the original roadbed.This method is called the new old roadbed overlap construction method.The core concept of this construction method is to gradually establish a new roadbed on the existing old roadbed to ensure that the difference in overlapping settlement between the new and old roadbeds is small,while minimizing costs and shortening con-struction time.This study focuses on simulating the settlement behavior of the roadbed during the overlapping construction process.The simulation results were obtained through finite element modeling,and then compared with the actual observed settlement data.Through this analysis,we can gain a deeper understanding of the impact of various factors in overlapping construction on roadbed settlement.The results of the analysis reveal some improvement direction of the railway subgrade construction.
