基于性能综合比选的铺装界面粘结性能研究

本研究借助有限元分析软件计算分析,确定了依托项目防水粘结层材料抗剪强度性能要求.根据以往工程经验选定了水性环氧沥青、二阶环氧树脂及SBS改性沥青三种防水粘结层材料,基于室内试验分别研究三种材料的施工和易性,粘结强度与剪切强度、耐高温性能、低温性能、防水性能等.结合依托工程对各性能的需求分别赋予各指标以相应的权重,经综合比选分析,推荐采用而接环氧树脂作为本项目防水粘结层材料.实体工程应用效果表明,本研究所优选的防水粘结材料性能显著优于原设计方案.本研究成果可为类似项目防水粘结层材料设计提供参考.
Research on Interface Bonding Performance Based on Comprehensive Performance Comparison and Selection
This study used finite element analysis software to calculate and analyze the shear strength per-formance requirements of the waterproof bonding layer material for the project.Based on past engineering ex-perience,water-based epoxy asphalt,epoxy adhesive Ⅱ and SBS modified asphalt have been selected as the waterproof bonding layer materials.And the workability,bond strength and Shear strength,high temperature resistance,low temperature performance and waterproof performance of the three materials were studied based on laboratory tests.After comprehensive comparison and analysis,it was recommended to use epoxy adhesiveⅡ as the waterproof bonding layer material for this project.The application effect show that the performance of the waterproof bonding material selected by this study was significantly superior to the original design scheme.The results of this study can provide reference for the design of waterproof bonding layer materials for similar projects.
