软基加固综合技术的应用

我国东南沿海地区的快速建设发展,增加了对疏浚土、海相土、吹填土等软土地基进行加固处理的需求.其中土工格室与高压旋喷桩作为两种在其他类型工程中应用较为成熟的工艺,适用于黏土、粉质黏土、淤泥质黏土等土质的加固.本文案例分别采用土工格室换填垫层工艺及高压旋喷桩工艺两种综合技术完成对软土地基的加固,设计计算理论值与现场实践结果皆表明工艺的适用性及效果.结果表明:三层土工格室换填垫层地基总沉降量为29 mm,格栅加筋褥垫层与高压旋喷桩工艺地基总沉降量为17 mm,这两种综合性工艺适用于复杂、狭窄施工环境的软基处理工程,能够在短期内快速提高浅层地基的承载力,并将沉降控制在正常使用的要求范围,为后续同类项目的工艺选择提供了可行方案.
Application of Comprehensive Technology for Soft Foundation Reinforcement
The rapid construction development in China southeastern coastal areas has increased the de-mand for reinforcement of soft soil foundations such as dredged soil,marine soil,and blown fill soil.Among them,geocells and high-pressure jet grouting piles are two relatively mature technologies used in other types of projects,and are suitable for the reinforcement of clay,silty clay,silty clay and other soil materials.This article introduces a case which used two comprehensive technologies,geocell replacement cushion technology and high-pressure jet grouting pile technology,to complete the reinforcement of the soft soil foundation.The design calculation theoretical value.The field practice results show the applicability and effectiveness of the process.The results show that the total settlement of the foundation with the three-layer geocell replacement cushion is 29 mm,and the total settlement of the foundation with the grid-reinforced mattress cushion and high-pressure jet grouting pile technology is 17 mm.These two comprehensive technologies are suitable for complex construction environment and quickly increase the bearing capacity of the shallow foundation in the short term and control the settlement within the required range of normal use.That provide a feasible solution for the process selection of subsequent similar projects.
