市政工程输配水管道施工关键技术研究

为解决市政工程输配水管道施工存在管道管口抗震能力弱,在地震作用下管口最大相对位移较大的问题,为提高管道施工及运行安全性和稳定性,以某市政工程项目为例,对其进行输配水管道施工关键技术研究.首先,完成管线敷设与输配水管道安装.其次,采用水撼砂技术进行回填压实.最后,通过输配水管道施工效果分析得出,新的施工技术可以促进管道抗震能力提升,缩小管口最大相对位移,提高市政工程整体质量.
Research on Key Technologies for Construction of Municipal Engineering Water Transmission and Distribution Pipelines
In order to solve the problem of weak seismic resistance of pipeline openings and large relative displacement of pipeline openings under seismic action in the construction of municipal engineering water transmission and distribution pipelines,and to improve the safety and stability of pipeline construction and operation,a key technology research on the construction of water transmission and distribution pipelines was conducted using a municipal engineering project as an example.Firstly,complete the pipeline laying and installation of water transmission and distribution pipelines.Secondly,water sand shaking technology is used for backfilling and compaction.Finally,through the analysis of the construction effect of water transmission and distribution pipelines,it is concluded that new construction techniques can promote the improvement of pipeline seismic resistance,reduce the maximum relative displacement of pipe openings,and improve the overall quality of municipal engineering.
