A Risk Identification Method for Rainstorm and Waterlogging in Urban Infrastructure Based on Remote Sensing Images
Due to extreme weather and rapid urbanization, the frequency and severity of heavy rain and flood disasters in urban areas are still increasing.Urban rainstorm and waterlogging disasters can lead to the inundation of roads, buildings and infrastructure, and even the disruption of transportation, power transmission and other important urban infrastructure systems, resulting in huge economic losses. In this paper,we propose a risk identification method for urban infrastructure rainstorm waterlogging based on remote sensing images, construct a risk assessment model of urban infrastructure rainstorm waterlogging, extract infrastructure points such as subway stations, bridges and underpasses exposed to rainstorm waterlogging, and use the spatial analysis module of ArcGIS.
