基于遥感影像的城市基础设施暴雨内涝风险识别方法

由于极端天气和快速城市化,城市地区暴雨洪涝灾害的发生频率和严重程度仍在不断增加.城市暴雨内涝灾害可能导致道路、建筑物和基础设施被淹没,甚至中断交通、输电和其他重要的城市基础设施系统,导致巨额经济损失.本文提出一种基于遥感影像的城市基础设施暴雨内涝风险识别方法,构建城市基础设施暴雨内涝风险评估模型,对暴露于暴雨内涝的地铁站、桥梁和地下通道等基础设施点位进行提取,并利用ArcGIS的空间分析模块建立内涝损失等级图表达内涝风险,为灾前的预防与准备、灾害发生与发展时的灾情动态研判、灾情影响评估提供技术支持.
A Risk Identification Method for Rainstorm and Waterlogging in Urban Infrastructure Based on Remote Sensing Images
Due to extreme weather and rapid urbanization,the frequency and severity of heavy rain and flood disasters in urban areas are still increasing.Urban rainstorm and waterlogging disasters can lead to the inundation of roads,buildings and infrastructure,and even the disruption of transportation,power transmission and other important urban infrastructure systems,resulting in huge economic losses.In this paper,we propose a risk identification method for urban infrastructure rainstorm waterlogging based on remote sensing images,construct a risk assessment model of urban infrastructure rainstorm waterlogging,extract infrastructure points such as subway stations,bridges and underpasses exposed to rainstorm waterlogging,and use the spatial analysis module of ArcGIS.
