摘要

电力行业是国家能源领域核心行业之一,电厂热工自动化检修是电力行业的重中之重,关乎行业发展效益.因此,为了给电厂热工自动化检修中故障树分析法的有效应用提供一些参考,文章介绍了电厂热工自动化运行故障,论述了故障树分析法在电厂热工自动化检修中的应用方案与流程,并探究了故障树分析法在电厂热工自动化检修中的应用实践.得出:基于故障树分析的电厂热工自动化检修效率较高,精度较高,满足电厂热工自动化安全稳定运维要求.

Abstract

The power industry is one of the core industries in the national energy sector,and the automation maintenance of power thermal engineering is of utmost importance in the power industry,which is related to the development efficiency of the industry.Therefore,in order to provide some reference for the effective application of fault tree analysis method in power plant thermal automation maintenance,this article introduces the operational faults of power plant thermal automation,discusses the application scheme and process of fault tree analysis method in power plant thermal automation maintenance,and explores the application practice of fault tree analysis method in power plant thermal automation maintenance.Based on fault tree analysis,the maintenance efficiency and accuracy of thermal automation in power plants are high,meeting the requirements for safe and stable operation and maintenance of thermal automation in power plants.
