Exploration of the Necessity of Renovating the Vacuum Pumping System Under the Background of Deep Tuning
In order to solve the problem of excessive vacuum leakage rate in the operation of the vacuum pumping system,which affects the overall operational performance of the system,it is necessary to conduct in-depth background investigation and explore the necessity of vacuum pumping system transformation.From a hardware perspective,the condenser structure and extraction equipment structure should be modified to im-prove the performance of the system.From a software perspective,by analyzing the impact of air leakage on the condenser,optimizing it,and correcting the pump suction performance,the system performance can be improved.By analyzing the operational performance of the renovated system,it can be concluded that the vacuum leakage rate of the renovated system is significantly reduced,and the renovation plan is highly nec-essary.
