Research on Longitudinal Slip Construction Technology of Lateral Formwork of Cast-in-place Simply Supported Box Girder
Aiming at the problem of longitudinal slip construction technology of lateral formwork of cast-in-place simply supported box girder,this paper first analyzes the design of lateral formwork support and formwork,and then carries out mechanical calculation and simulation analysis on the overall slip of lateral formwork.Finally,according to the determined construction scheme,the construction technology and control measures of longitudinal slip of lateral formwork of cast-in-place simply supported box girder are expounded.The research results show that the stress distribution of formwork is proportional to the span under different spans,and the reasonable span is determined to be 6 m.The use of side mold slip scheme can effectively save the construction period,reduce the cost,and improve the social benefits of the project.
