为满足顺槽大采高超前液压支架的自动化控制的需求,本文结合顺槽支护时超前液压支架的电控及手动控制需求,围绕这两方面需求针对性设计对应控制回路,然后依次构建了各回路的仿真分析模型,再运用AMESim液压仿真软件展开仿真分析,结合仿真结果分析各回路的位移变化情况并针对性调整回路,仿真结果证实,液压控制系统设计方案能够实现煤矿顺槽的自动支护,可以保证煤炭开采过程的安全.
Design and Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic Control System of Hydraulic Support Before High Mining in the Longitudinal Groove
In order to meet the requirements of automatic control of advance hydraulic support for large mining height along the channel,this paper combined with the action function requirements of advance hydraulic support during the support along the channel,carried out the overall design of support hydraulic control system,designed the control loop of double telescopic column,the push control loop and the side protection control loop respectively,and built the simulation analysis model of the three loops in turn.Then the AMESim hydraulic simulation software is used to carry out simulation analysis,and the displacement changes of each loop are analyzed according to the simulation results,and the loop is adjusted accordingly.The simulation results confirm that the design scheme of the hydraulic control system can realize the automatic support of the coal mine chute and ensure the safety of the coal mining process.
