Analysis of Time Delay Characteristics of Actuator of Gas Turbine Variable Guide Vane
Aiming at the problem of delay characteristics of gas turbine transducable vane actuator,this paper conducted simulation and experimental research of the transducable vane actuator based on the built physical test bench.Given different displacement control signals of the transducable vane actuator and observed the actual displacement feedback of the transducable vane actuator,the delay characteristics of the transducable vane actuator were obtained.The simulation model of the actuator of the transducable guide vane is verified based on the test data.The test results and simulation model can be used to improve the dynamic simulation accuracy of gas turbines considering the influence of the rotor blade.
