桂花树病原菌的分离鉴定及生物学特征

为研究危害桂花树的病原菌,对桂花树上发生的病害进行了病原菌的鉴定,开展生物学特征进行初步研究.根据植物病原菌形态特征、致病菌的测定、分析,结果表明,葡萄座腔菌为造成桂花树病害的主要病原菌.葡萄座腔菌在PDA培养菌上菌丝生长量最大,生长适宜温度为25~35℃,最适宜生长的温度为25~27 ℃;PH在4~10范围适合生长,PH<3时,菌丝的生长停滞;该菌适宜碳源为葡萄糖、乳糖等.
Identification of Separation and Biological Characteristics of Pathogenic Bacteria from Osmanthus Sinensis
In order to study the pathogenic bacteria harmful to osmanthus trees,the pathogenic bacteria were identified and the biological characteristics were studied.According to the morphological characteristics of plant pathogenic bacteria and the determination and analysis of pathogenic bacteria,the results showed that the botryocele was the main pathogenic bacteria causing osmanthus tree diseases.The growth of mycelium on PDA was the largest,and the optimum growth temperature was 25~35 ℃,and the optimum growth temperature was 25~27 ℃.PH range of 4~10 is suitable for growth,PH<3,mycelium growth stagnation;The suitable carbon source of this bacterium is glucose,lactose,etc.
