本文基于导向式框架式断路器在使用过程中,发生连接排触头及框架母线触头发生故障拉弧及触点烧毁实际情况,提出技术和管理上的改进.发生故障电弧时,其电流并未达到脱扣器设定的脱扣电流.对故障断路器位置指示的摇进机构进行解体后发现,位置指示磨损,工作人员的不规范操作,造成止动片断裂,从而使断路器发生拉弧事故.结合以上情况制定的预防措施为:定期检查摇进机构的位置指示情况、止动片磨损或断裂情况,对操作人员进行正规操作的培训.
Nalysis and Prediction of Guided Frame Circuit Breaker Pulling Arc
This article proposes technical and management improvements based on the actual situation of arcing and contact burning during the use of the guided frame circuit breaker,which occurs when the con-necting row contacts and frame bus contacts fail.When a fault arc occurs,its current does not reach the tripping current set by the release.After disassembling the rocker mechanism for the position indication of the faulty circuit breaker,it was found that the position indication was worn out,and the non-standard oper-ation of the staff caused the stop plate to break,resulting in an arcing accident of the circuit breaker.The preventive measures formulated based on the above situation are:regularly check the position indication of the rocking mechanism;Wear or fracture of the stopper.Provide formal training for operators.
