Finite Element Simulation and Analysis of Aluminum Alloy Lamp Shade with Spinning
In order to explore the deformation behavior of materials during the preparation of aluminum alloy lampshades by offset spinning and influence of various factors on the formability.A numerical spinning model of aluminum alloy 1100 L5 was established by Simulation software,and the influence of rotating wheel installation angle,core die speed and rotating wheel speed on forming was analyzed.The results show that the spindle speed has little effect on the forming quality of the spinning parts.When the feed speed of the spin-ning wheel is 1.74 mm/s,the edge part of the forming parts has wrinkling phenomenon.When the installation Angle is 35°,the edge stress and strain of the spinning parts are relatively large.The optimum combination of process parameters is as follows:the rotary wheel installation angle is 40°,the mandrel speed is 12 rad/s,and the rotary wheel feed speed is 1.36 mm/s.
