Study on the Dielectric Properties of CN9021 Composite Materials by Introducing Non-conductive Fillers
In recent years, dielectric elastomer actuators have been widely used in fields such as flexible robots, grippers, and various artificial muscles due to their advantages such as large strain, high efficiency, high energy density, and fast response speed. However, improving the driving performance of dielectric elastomer actuators is always a hot issue. This article mainly focuses on modified materials based on CN 9021(acrylate)to improve the dielectric properties of composite materials by adding non-conductive fillers. The dielectric properties of fillers added at different weight ratios were tested.Obtain corresponding experimental data.and analyze the corresponding data. Finally,a corresponding filler solution suitable for the modified material is obtained. It is conducive to subsequent exploration of the electromechanical behavior of CN9021 composite materials.
