摘要

本文基于GIS地图开发工具设计了适用于煤矿机电设备的精细化管理系统.该系统可以实现煤矿机电设备从采购、入库到领用、出库,再到点检、维修、报废的全生命周期管理;使用点检仪实时获取机电设备的运行数据,在MySQL数据库与GIS地图之间实现数据共享,配合电子地图实现可视化管理,为煤矿管理人员提供了便利.从测试情况来看,该系统的登录认证、设备领用与设备维修等基本功能可以正常实现,达到了设计预期.

Abstract

Based on GIS map development tool,this paper designs a fine management system for mine electromechanical equipment.The system can realize the whole life cycle management of mine mechanical and electrical equipment from purchasing,warehousing,receiving and discharging,and then to spot inspection,maintenance and scrapping.The real-time operation data of mechanical and electrical equipment is obtained by the point detector,data sharing is realized between MySQL database and GIS map,and visual management is realized with electronic map,which provides convenience for coal mine management personnel.According to the test situation,the basic functions of the system such as login authentication,equipment application and equipment maintenance can be realized normally,and the design expectation has been reached.
