小庄煤矿大采高下强矿压显现规律及防治

针对开采扰动造成强矿压显现导致顶板灾害发生的问题,以小庄煤矿40205工作面为工程背景.通过现场支架阻力、微震监测数据对影响工作面安全生产的三次来压进行分析与对比.结果表明:工作面初次来压步距约为58 m,周期来压步距为26 m,支架阻力在短时间内突增约8 MPa.工作面第1次来压、第2次来压时,支架平均工作阻力基本在11 000 kN,出现部分大能量微震事件.第3次来压时最大工作阻力超过16 000 kN,在第3次来压时能量事件最多,三次来压强度呈递增趋势且在中后部支架工作阻力更大.根据大采高工作面强矿压显现规律,分别从现场矿压监测管理、卸压调控进行全方位防治,对同类型大采高下强矿压显现治理具有重要意义.
The Law and Prevention and Control of Strong Ore Pressure in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine
Aiming at the problem of roof disaster caused by strong mine pressure caused by mining dis-turbance,the 40205 working face of Xiaozhuang Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background.Through the on-site support resistance and microseismic monitoring data,the three times of pressure affecting the safe production of the working face are analyzed and compared.The results show that the first weighting step dis-tance of the working face is about 58 m,the periodic weighting step distance is 26 m,and the support resis-tance increases by about 8 MPa in a short time.When the first weighting and the second weighting of the working face,the average working resistance of the support is basically 11 000 kN,and some large energy microseismic events occur.The maximum working resistance is more than 16 000 kN at the third pressure,and the energy events are the most at the third pressure.The three pressure intensity shows an increasing trend and the working resistance of the middle and rear brackets is greater.According to the law of strong mine pressure behavior in large mining height working face,the comprehensive prevention and control are carried out from the on-site mine pressure monitoring management and pressure relief regulation,which is of great significance to the treatment of strong mine pressure behavior under the same type of large mining height.
